Product description
The Rothaus Black Forest Amarone Cask Finish spent its main maturation period in an Amarone cask. Local brewing malt is used to produce the special edition from the Baden state brewery, which is supplemented with caramel malt. The soft Rothaus brewing water is then added and processed into mash. After double distillation, the whisky is stored in the temperature-resistant ice cellars of a listed former brewery, which is now home to Kammer-Kirsch.

Aroma: Schwarze Früchte und florale Honignoten.
Geschmack: Süß mit angenehm würzigen Rotweinnoten und Anklängen einer Kombination aus schwarzen Früchten mit Honig.

Durch das junge Alter sehr starke sprittige Alkoholnote im Mund, leicht mit Wasser verdünnt deutlich besser zu genießen. Wer mal was anderes sucht wird hier bei diesem vielleicht fündig.
