Le Réjéton Blanc Rhum by Papa Rouyo is the result of the blending of white rums obtained from different distillations. The now second batch consists of a base of the original Le Rejeton with 10% overripe and 90% fresh sugar cane, with a dominant proportion of red sugar cane R579. At Papa Rouyo, great importance is attached to the traceability of the rums. The selection of the raw materials, the climate and the soils of Guadeloupe, as well as the different phases of production underline this effort for transparency.
