Hyde No. 11, the 'Peat Cask', is triple distilled. Made from 100% Irish barley malt dried over Scottish peat, the smoky Irish whiskey matures for at least eight years in heavily burnt bourbon barrels.
Bottled in batches of 5,000 bottles.

Kommentar: Überraschend gut für mich als Islay-Freund. Für den Geruch gibt es von mir einen kleinen Abzug. Ansonsten spitzenmäßiges PLV und ein klasse rauchiger Ire!
