Product description
The XO rum from Hell or High Water is a high-quality blended rum made from carefully selected distillates from various Caribbean regions. For this complex premium blend, rums were used that were produced in both pot stills and column stills and come from the countries of origin Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica and Guyana. The combination of different distillation processes and origin profiles ensures a multi-layered interplay of flavours with harmonious depth. Some of the premium rums used matured for up to 15 years in American white oak barrels, which were previously used to store Bourbon. As a result of this maturation, the XO rum develops warm barrel notes, a balanced sweetness and slightly spicy and caramel-like nuances. Overall, the Blend is round, powerful and full of character with an elegant, long-lasting finish that emphasises the quality of the elaborately composed Caribbean rum.
