Product description
The Hampden Great House Rum in the Distillery Edition 2022 was personally created by the Master Distiller and, like its siblings, distilled on traditional Pot Still stills. This edition represents the authenticity and uniqueness of Trelawny rums from Jamaica. The barrels used to mature Hampden rums were stored in the so-called Great House until the 20th century. This rum is a tribute to the traditional warehouse. The blend of various medium and high ester rums reveals an intense profile with hints of white fruit and floral notes.

The Distillery: Hampden Estate
The Hampden Estate Rum Distillery has a long tradition dating back to 1753, when the estate in Trelawny, Jamaica, was established as a sugar cane plantation. Here, Hampden Estate Rum's signature high ester Rum is produced in the heavy pot still style, a method typical of Jamaica that gives the Rum its intense, fruity flavour.
