Aroma Lush and pronounced with notes of pralines, roasted nuts, golden syrup and candied fruit peel.
Taste Sweet layers of maple pecan pie, sultanas, milk chocolate and heather honey with nutmeg and oak spices.
Finish Warming hints of apple strudel and custard tart, moving on to lingering sweet spices and espresso.

Maturation American oak ex-bourbon barrels, finish in oloroso sherry butts.

Product description
For the Glencadam Reserva de Jerez, the Highland distillery first used bourbon casks. The malt was then matured in Andalusian sherry casks, which had previously been filled with Oloroso sherry. The successful combination of cask ageing in conjunction with distillation on two pot stills with upwardly directed lyne arms and unpeated barley malt give this 15-year-old Single Malt a fruity, nutty depth and complexity.
