Product description

For the Wine Cask Series, Billy Walker, the mastermind behind the Glenallachie distillery, selected special barrique casks pre-filled with wine in which the Single Malts were refined. The 11-year-old whisky creation was finished in Premier Cru Classé wine casks made from French oak. The red wine comes from one of only five châteaux that have the top classification (Premier Cru Classé) for Bordeaux wines.

Kommentar: Die drei neuen Winefinishes überzeugen wieder mal durch die Bank. Der etwas höhere %-Gehalt (48%) schiebt kräftig an, unterstützt aber die reichlich vorhandenen fruchtigen Noten. Leichte Rotweinnoten spürbar
