Product description
Flóki Distillers Choice is made entirely from Icelandic ingredients. The particularly robust Icelandic grain contains little starch, which is why about 50 percent more barley has to be used than with other types of barley. This bottling matured in two different types of casks - first for three years in a Virgin American Oak Cask, then for another 4 years in an ex-Malbik Stout cask. At 60% vol., the cask strength Single Malt is bottled in the limited edition bottles.
