The Elements of Islay - Bourbon Cask combines the diverse character traits of the Islay distilleries in a complex island whisky. It was matured in first-fill and refill Bourbon barrels. Each batch of the Blended Malt consists of around 60 casks of different ages from distilleries in the north and south of the island. So you get the full range of island malt whiskies.

Aroma: Süße Aromen mit Vanilleschoten. Dazu Amber-Duftkerzen, frische tropische Früchte und würziger Kohlenrauch.

Geschmack: Torfig mit Schokoladenpulver bestäubter Cappuccino, warmes Brioche mit Vanillepudding und in Ahornsirup eingelegte, spritzige Früchte. Gefolgt von Butterglasurnoten und Anklängen von Vanillemuffins.

Abgang: Süße und cremige Vanillenoten mit anhaltendem Torfrauch.
