The Compass Box Glasgow Blend is, as its name suggests, a Blended Malt with a smoky note. The whiskies from Oloroso sherry butts, American oak casks and ex-bourbon casks are blended together, whereby sweet vanilla notes meet nutty hints and dried fruits. The whisky is not chill-filtered and is uncoloured.

Aroma: Feiner Rauch, Gewürze, Malz
Geschmack: Süffig-rauchig, rund, malzig.
Abgang: Mittlerer Rauch.
Kommentar: So sollte Campeltown Loch schmecken... Glasgow Blend ist enorm süffig, guter mittelschwerer Rauch, ohne jede störende Bitterkeit oder Schärfe. Der Preis ist geradezu lächerlich niedrig. Probieren!
