Chairman's Reserve Spiced Rum starts with the original Chairman's Reserve infused with 'Bois Bandé', a local Caribbean bark culturally known for its aphrodisiac properties. Local spices and fruits such as cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, vanilla, allspice, lemon and orange peel are added to the Blend of Coffey and Pot Still Rum. For the maturation, ex-Bourbon barrels are used first and oak barrels are used for a second storage phase.
