Five brothers of the Spanish Botran family decided to follow their passion for rum and therefore undertook an adventure to Guatemala together. There they devoted themselves entirely to the production of rum. The Botran Cobre Spiced Rum is based on a Blend of rums distilled by Copper-Pot-Still and matured in the Solera method, which is between five and 20 years old. Untoasted and toasted American whiskey barrels as well as port wine barrels were used for the maturation. The creation is refined with ginger, cardamom, cinnamon and cloves and bottled at 45% vol. in the beautifully designed bottles.
