The Bladnoch Single Cask Peated Rum Cask matured in one of the six special single casks that Bladnoch is presenting for the last time in its Single Cask Collection in 2024. This smoky single malt from the Scottish Lowlands matured for a total of 13 years in a rum cask that was hand-selected by Master Distiller Dr Nick Savage. The use of a rum cask is an absolute rarity in the history of the distillery, which was founded in 1817. The whisky presents itself with a smoky flavour profile as well as fruity-sweet and dry accents.
