The Austrian Empire Navy Reserve 1863 consists of different rums aged 5-12 years and, according to the importer, was created by world-famous Rum Master Blenders from the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Barbados and France and matured in American and French oak barrels. Albert Michler is one of the oldest distilleries in the former Austro-Hungarian monarchy. Founded in 1863 in Silesia - now part of the Czech Republic - Albert Michler supplied the imperial court and the navy with rum. Today, Albert Michler upholds this tradition by sourcing only the best rums from Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago and the Dominican Republic. The practical gift box is a metal tin and also comes with two high-quality glasses.
