Ardbeg Wee Beastie is a new standard bottling from the distillery. The story is based on a legendary figure on the moors of Islay. A small, biting monster is said to be wreaking havoc there. Due to its young age, the smoky notes in the Wee Beastie are very present and natural.

Aroma: :
Voluminös ist sofort präsent im Mund und vor allem am Gaumen

Geschmack: Rauchig ,Pfeffrig mit ordentlich Wums .
Fazit: Ich bin noch relativ neu im Thema whyski und kann nur jedem Anfänger mal raten den Ardberg mal zu probieren , alleine schon um seinen eigenen Geschmack heraus zu finden . Bei mir wird er definitiv im Regal bleiben

Kommentar: Als Fan rauchiger Whiskies der schottischen Inseln finde ich diesen Ardbeg für den Preis nahezu unschlagbar.

Für mich ist dieser Islay-Malt kompromisslos rauchig und "Insel-ig" ohne irgendwie aufdringlich oder sogar penetrant daher zu kommen.

Für unter 40€ ist das ein wahrhaft sehr gutes PLV...

Aroma: intensiver Rauch (nach geräucherten Schinken), leichte Pfeffernote, Süße

Geschmack: ölig, rauchig ohne Brennen auf der Zunge, süß, leichte Schokonote.

Abgang: lang, voll, angenehm nachwirkend

Kommentar: ich bin ein Rauchfan, dieser Whisky ist mit seinen 5 Jahren ein Meisterwerk und seine 39,90 € absolut wert.
