With Suntory World Whisky Ao, the name says it all: the Blend contains whiskies and whiskeys from all kinds of different countries. Besides smoky Highlands Scotch whisky from the Ardmore distillery and sweet Glen Garioch Single Malt, it also contains Irish whiskey from the Cooley distillery, American whiskey from Jim Beam, soft Canadian whisky from the Alberta distillery and, of course, Japanese whisky from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries. The naming Ao comes from the deep blue of the oceans that connect our world. This is also reflected in the design of the label and packaging. Exotic but pleasant in the Taste brought together by Master Blender Shinji Fukuyo.
