Savanna Blanc HERR Edition 2022 is a white rum with a high proportion of esters from the island of La Réunion. HERR therefore stands for High Ester Rhum Reunion. The Savanna distillery has been located in the Bois Rouge sugar factory in Saint-André since 1992. For the production of the highly aromatic rum, molasses is fermented for 11 days and then distilled in Pot Stills. The fruity and luscious rum is bottled without storage with an ester content of 796 grams per hectolitre of pure alcohol.
