Product description
Rock Rose Gin is a combination of locally grown and traditional gin botanicals. Among other ingredients, sea buckthorn, rose root and juniper berries are macerated before the Gin is diluted to drinking strength with pure water from the Scottish Highlands. Martin and Claire Murray created this gin high in the north with Dunnet Bay Distillers.

Geschmack: Vollmundig, fruchtige Beeren mit floralen Anklängen, dazu angenehme und firsche Wacholdernoten.
Abgang: Langanhaltend, pikant mit Facetten von Sanddorn, erneut fruchtig und beerig. Zum Ende hin Nuancen von Wacholder und eine sanfte Zitronen-Sorbetnote.
