Proper No. 12, the whiskey of Irish martial artist Conor McGregor, was created in collaboration with master distiller David Elder. The whiskey made from malted and unmalted barley was triple distilled and then matured in ex-bourbon barrels. It was named after Dublin's postal district number 12, where McGregor grew up. This bottling was refined with natural apple flavouring. For every bottle of Proper No. Twelve - Irish Apple sold, a percentage of the proceeds is donated to first responders around the world.
