The Old School Malt from Signatory was carefully blended from 104 single malt Scotch whiskies from different vintages and then matured to perfection in sherry butts. The youngest components of the outstanding blended malt whisky spent a total of at least 31 years in oak casks. Some of the single malts included come from rare casks from the distilleries Banff, Brora, Coleburn, Dallas Dhu, Glen Mhor, Killyloch and Littlemill as well as Lochside and Port Ellen. The blended malt was bottled at natural cask strength.
