Aroma Soft and harmonious with pronounced juniper notes and fresh citrus fruits. In addition, sweet-floral notes with a peppery spiciness and grapefruit.
Taste Complex and robust, with intense juniper notes, fruity facets and herbs. Dry towards the end with accents of pine nuts and citrus.
Finish Long and powerful with juniper, fruit and some wood.

Monkey 47 Gin is distilled in small batches. The Dry Gin contains a total of 47 botanicals, including juniper, coriander, sage, spruce shoots and cranberries from the Black Forest. Unlike most gins, which are stored in glass balloons, Monkey Gin is matured in traditional earthenware vessels, which ensure a particularly harmonious character.

Aroma: man denkt, man steht auf der Wiese oder im Wald, soviele Kräuter riecht man. Unmöglich die alle zu erkennen und zu kennen

Kommentar: Nachdem ich mir die Herstellung durchgelesen habe, war mir klar, warum es unmöglich war alle Kräuter zu erkenne. 47 steht für 47 Kräuter. Hat wohl einen deutschen Ursprung. Habe mir schon ein Mixgetränk notiert und ausprobiert. Die meisten Zutaten hatte ich da.
