Aroma Sweet introduction with hints of icing sugar, crème brulee and vanilla pudding.
Taste The peat smoke is soft and sweet, with notes of toasted marshmallows, typically heavily peated, while notes of gooseberries and Parma violets develop over time.
Finish The sweetness lingers in the finish with notes of orange pulp.

The tenth batch of the heavily peated single malt matured 90% in ex-bourbon barrels and 10% in ex-sherry casks. The cask strength single malt was not chill-filtered and is bottled uncoloured at 57.8% vol.
