Jack Daniel's No. 27 Gold is a special variation of the classic Old N°7. The bottling first matured as usual in white oak barrels and was charcoal-filtered through sugar maple. It was then matured in maple barrels and filtered again before the whiskey was bottled.
The whiskey is limited and is only available in selected markets.

Kommentar: Eine besondere Ahornnote macht diesen Whisky einzigartig. Der ist so mild und Süss das er auch Nichtkennern viel zu gut schmeckt und sich noch schneller leert.

Kommentar: 4,5 Sterne. Übrigens ganz tolle Farbe (tatsächlich golden), nette wertige Verpackung und insbesondere schöne Honig-Ahorn-Noten. Sehr gelungener Whiskey, mal was anderes als die Woodfords, Blantons, Four Roses'.
