Grace O'Malley Heather Infused Gin is made with heather, field thyme, red clover, bilberry and sea fennel, among others, but lemon and orange peel are also added. The 14 herbs used in the production process come from the west coast of Ireland and are distilled at low temperatures to allow their flavours to develop.
