Product description
The Swabian distillery Finch is run by owner and master distiller Hans Gerhard Fink. Grain from their own cultivation is used for the Finch whiskies. For this bottling, Fink classically used barley malt. After distillation, the whisky matured for at least six years in wine and bourbon barrels.

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Ich habe vor vielen Jahren ein Whiskytasting bei Herrn Fink mitgemacht und daraufhin einige Finch Whiskys gekauft und getestet. Viele davon fand ich damals sehr gut. Entweder hat sich mein Geschmack mittlerweile geändert oder die Whiskys sind nicht mehr so gut wie früher. Mir ist er zu wenig komplex und ich habe im Prinzip nur den Alkohol rausgeschmeckt. Schade.
