F.E.W Spirits comes from the city of Evanston, Illinois, which has endured Prohibition for hundreds of years. For Cold Cut, barrel-aged Bourbons are brought down to drinking strength with cold-brewed coffee. The whiskey flavours remain in the foreground, but the coffee adds depth to the blend.

The Distillery: FEW Spirits

The grain-to-glass distillery FEW Spirits was founded in Evanston, a suburb of Chicago, in 2011. For the first time in 100 years, the small craft distillery is producing spirits in Evanston, a ‘dry community’ that had to endure Prohibition for a long time. read more
