Product description
The English Cotswolds distillery uses regional barley for its Single Malt, which is malted on the malt floor using traditional methods. After distillation in Pot Still stills, the malt whisky is matured in bourbon barrels and reconditioned red wine barrels. The Cotswolds distillery has been producing Single Malt Whisky and Gin since 2014.

The English Cotswolds distillery was founded in 2014. The name comes from the region in which the distillery is located, also known as 'The Heart of England'. In setting up the distillery, the team was supported by none other than Dr Jim Swan, the 'Einstein of Whisky', as well as Harry Cockburn, the former manager of the Bowmore distillery. read more

Aroma: Honig und butterscotch in Lagen mit leichten Früchten wie Pfirsich und Aprikose, ein Hauch Marzipan.

Geschmack: Ein tanninreicher malt, Öle und dunkler Zucker mit einer Menge Würze, karamellisierte Orange Marmalade von Seville Bitterorangen.

Abgang: Lang und harzig, mit dunklen roten Früchten und einem Hauch Fruchtsirup.
