Clyde May's is a so-called 'Alabama Style Whiskey'. In the American Southern variant, a little apple is added to the whiskey for a fresh, fruity aroma. The mash bill of the whiskey consists of 55% corn, 30% rye and 15% barley and is matured for at least four years in oak barrels.
