Citadelle's No Mistake is an Old Tom Gin that is meant to stand out clearly from the transparent and dry London Gin. The Old Tom Gin comes from Ferrand and is distilled three times on a column still. After the maceration of 22 botanicals, No Mistake is distilled once more in a Copper Pot Still. The botanicals include juniper, almonds, grains of paradise, iris, yuzu, cardamom, lemon, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg, cubeb pepper, cassia, orange, star anise, cumin, violet, fennel, cumin, spice bark, angelica, liquorice and savory. Refined with caramelised brown cane sugar, the Gin is stored in wooden barrels for about 3 months and then left to rest in wooden barrels for another six months.
