Ein top Bourbon zum pur trinken und genießen! Zum Mixen ist er zu schade.
Im Mund kommt direkt eine tolle Würze mit einem Hauch Pfeffer / Leder und Alkohol. Erinnert ein bisschen an gut getoastetes Toastbrot oder einem Räucherschinken. Typisch ausgekokeltes Eichenfass eben.
Im Abgang behalte ich einen Hauch von Nuss und sogar einer Sherry-Note im Mund.
Trotzdem ist alles gepaart mit dem typischen Bourboncharakter mit ein bisschen Toffee / Vanille ohne dabei süß zu sein.
