Product description
At Bimber, almost the entire production, from grain cultivation to bottling, takes place on the premises of the English distillery itself. Only the malting of the barley is outsourced to a malt house that has reserved an entire malting floor exclusively for Bimber. The distillery's third small batch is a vatting of different distillates that matured in former bourbon casks. The result is infused with notes of dried fruit and vanilla with subtle pepper spice.

Kommentar: unglaublich für so einen jungen Whisky. Ob der nun den Preis wert ist, wage ich zu bezweifeln, aber hier geht es ja auch eher darum etwas besonderes zu probieren. Enttäuscht wird man auf jeden Fall nicht.
