For Loch Lomond Signature, whiskies were married together using the solera process. The distillery is one of the few that can produce both Malt and Grain whiskies and thus bottle their own in-house blend.

Geschmack: Sanft auf der Zunge. Malzig, gebrannter Zucker, karamellig. Dann schokoladig und Zimt. Oak Caramel Dark Chocolate

Abgang: Leicht torfig, aber nicht zu stark.

Kommentar: Ein erstaunlich weicher Whisky, hätte ich so nicht erwartet.
