This special bottling was bottled exclusively for Whisky.de by the popular Loch Lomond distillery after 14 years of maturation without chill-filtering or colouring. Loch Lomond matured the whisky distilled in 2010 in carefully selected Amarone red wine casks. The new elegant club bottle is supplied in a

delivered in a slim tube. The whisky is the perfect example of the typical Loch Lomond distillery character combined with the additional fruity facets of the Amarone cask.

Loch Lomond is located in the Scottish town of Alexandria, directly on the lake of the same name. Hardly any other distillery in Scotland deserves the title 'unique' as much as Loch Lomond. Eine sehr gut gelungene Clubflasche. Das Aroma finde ich etwas flach aber der Geschmack entschädigt dafür.

Kommentar: Wie eine schöne Apfeltasche, jedoch ist der Apfel durch Weintrauben getauscht. Rhababer passt auch ganz gut. Schöner Gewürzwhisky. Die Club-Flaschen von Whisky.de haben bisher immer abgeliefert.
