Aroma: Sweet, sherry, malt and a hint of smoke. Pastry and fruit in the background.
Taste: Complex body. Wonderfully balanced between sherry, malt and smoke.
Finish: Long, warm and soft with sherry.
Kilchoman Sanaig
Flavour: Intense with heather, sultanas, pears and orange peel. Stone fruits in combination with mixed spices and rich peat smoke.
Taste: Ripe plums, red cherries and a hint of citrus, followed by intense peat smoke, butterscotch, oak and dark chocolate.
Finish: Mouth-filling and fruity with caramel, cinnamon and clove. In addition, brown sugar, spices, peat smoke and a lingering sweetness.
Cask type: Ex-bourbon and oloroso sherry casks
Smoke content: 50 ppm
Longrow Peated
Aroma: Very creamy, vanilla sauce, gradually more smoke with marshmallows and light sweetness.
Flavour: Well balanced, strong, creamy and slightly medicinal with peat smoke.
Finish: Lingering peat smoke.

Description du produit
Three distilleries from three Scottish whisky regions where independence is a top priority: The distilleries Glenfarclas (Speyside), Kilchoman (Islay) and Springbank (Campbeltown) stand on their own two feet. Using local water, regional barley and their own cask management, they produce traditional single malt whiskies. The live tasting gives an insight into the Independent Malts Collection with the malty-sherry-toned Glenfarclas, the fruity-smoky Kilchoman and the medicinal-sweet Longrow from the Springbank distillery.
