The Singleton of Dufftown 12 was matured in PX and Oloroso sherry casks as well as in refilled bourbon casks. The addition of 'The Singleton' is intended to emphasise the uniqueness of the Dufftown malts.

Aroma: leicht & angenehm; Apfel, Pfirsich, Aprikosen, leicht Sherry

Geschmack: geschemidig, dann sehr weich und würzig; schöne dunkle Früchte (Kirschen, Pflaumen), Rumtopf & Gewürze

Abgang: nicht schlecht, warm und lecker - aber auch kurz

Kommentar: schön, easy, angenehm, gutes PLV, macht sich nicht schlecht als Konkurrenz zu Glenfiddich 12 und Glenlivet 12
