Description du produit
The Bourbon Rebel Yell was created in 1849 at the Stitzel-Weller distillery and marketed under the slogan 'An honest whiskey at an honest price'. The Bourbon has been registered as an official brand since 1936.
In addition to corn, the 100 Proof Bourbon also consists of wheat and barley malt. Due to the higher alcohol content of 50%, the aroma of the whiskey is more intense. This is to accommodate the more demanding whisky connoisseurs who appreciate their dram.

Kommentar: So einfach wie er ist, so kompliziert ist eine Beschreibung. Ich mag wheated Bourbon, und davon gibt es ja einige. Der hier ist grundsolide, schmeckt recht angenehm, aber mittendrin kommt eine Alkoholphase, und die ist ständig vorhanden. Könnte es sein das ein, zwei....Jahre mehr Lagerung das abstellen würde? Ich denke "ja". Fazit: einfacher Bourbon ohne Schnickschnack mit kleinem Hang zum "billigen". 3 Sterne (zum mixen aber gut geeignet).
