The Icons of Wales series pays tribute to important people or events in the region. The tenth bottling is called YMA O HYD and is a patriotic anthem written by Dafydd Iwan. The anthem has been adopted by the Red Wall (the Welsh football fans). The whisky is produced in collaboration with FA Wales as the official whisky for the Welsh campaign at the 2022 World Cup, as the design of the bottle suggests.

La distillerie: Penderyn
Whisky from Penderyn Distillery is unique in many respects. Located in Brecon Beacon National Park, Penderyn is the only Whisky distillery in Wales. Furthermore, it uses a very special distillation method in a still called Faraday Still, which has been custom-made for Penderyn. In addition to the 'original' distillery, another Penderyn distillery opened on the northern coast of Wales at Lloyd Street in Llandudno in 2021.

Aroma: Blumig mit Backgewürzen, Toffee, Karamell, Bratäpfeln und Birnen.
Geschmack: Sanft mit Noten von süßem Karamell, Sultaninen und Bratäpfeln mit Zimt. Hinzu kommen Pfeffer und Eichengewürze mit einem Hauch von Ingwer und Nelken.
Abgang: Karamellsüße mit Kräuternoten und pfeffrigen Gewürzen.
