Variété Single Malt Whisky
Arôme Sweet with wine, pears, vanilla and cinnamon. Light notes of beer and roasted aromas.
Bouche Sweet and spicy, again wine and pears. Pepper, ginger, roasted almonds and berries. Some cocoa and oak.
Finale Dry with oak, spices and ginger. Slightly warming, followed by floral accents.
Maturation 2 years beer barrel and 2 years post-maturation in wine barrels

Aroma: Smoked ham and eel with smoke and light fruit.
Taste: Complex and strong with smoke, bacon and herbs. Then fruit compote and caramelised sugar.
Finish: Long and smoky with caramel and smoked bacon.
Maturation: Beer casks
Edition Marwees
Aroma: Slightly sweet and creamy with nougat and caramel notes.
Edition Sigel
Aroma: Aromatic with grapes.
Taste: Mouth-filling, fruity flavours combined with light spice.
Finish: Slightly sweet with vanilla and oak.
Maturation: Beer barrels
Edition Himmerberg
Aroma: Sweet with wine, pears, vanilla and cinnamon. Light notes of beer and toasted aromas.
Taste: Sweet and spicy, again wine and pears. Pepper, ginger, roasted almonds and berries. Some cocoa and oak.
Finish: Dry with oak, spices and ginger. Slightly warming, floral accents follow.
Maturation: 2 years beer barrel and 2 years post-maturation in wine barrels.

Description du produit
This Säntis miniature range is an excellent way to get to know the whisky range of the Swiss Locher distillery. The bottlings are always named after a peak in the Alpstein region and are matured in beer casks, and in some cases receive different post-maturing treatments. At Himmelberg, port, sherry and merlot casks are used for the finish, among others. For the smoky Trinity, the malt is dried over a mixture of raised bog peat, apple, beech and oak chips. For the Edition Marwees liqueur, fresh cream is added to Sigel Single Malt matured in beer casks.
