Glenmorangie 10 years
Aroma: Delicate and pure. Geranium and wild mint framed by fruit aromas such as mandarin oranges, lemons, apples, pears and peaches. Fine vanilla lies over everything.
Taste: Mild, sweet malt combined with vanilla, fruits, gentle spices like nutmeg, coconut and almonds.
Finish: Delicate fruit and sweetness linger.
Cask type: First and refill bourbon casks.
Tomatin 12
Aroma: Malt and fruity aromas with a hint of smoke.
Taste: Stewed apple, pear and malt with light sherry notes and nuts.
Finish: Soft and sweet.
Cask type: Ex-bourbon casks and post-maturation in oloroso sherry casks.
Dalwhinnie 15 years
Aroma: Hints of heather and smoke.
Taste: Light, fruity sweet, vanilla and honey.
Finish: Excellent long.

Description du produit
The Highlands whisky region is large and diverse. From heavy, maritime malts to light, floral ones, there is something for pretty much every Taste in the Highlands. We start our tour at the more northerly distillery Glenmorangie with the mild-malty 10-year-old. During a stopover at the Tomatin distillery, we taste the fruity and subtly smoky 12-year-old. Finally, at the Dalwhinnie distillery in the middle of the Highlands, we enjoy the light, fruity-sweet 15-year-old.
