There had of course already been different kinds of Whiskey here but up to that point no distillery had produced in the Scottish way and used nothing but malt. Von der Aromatik an sich lecker, ich bin nur negativ empfindlich auf das Seifige. Andere haben das als Eiweiss oder seltsam bezechnet. Ausserdem fand ich ein wenig scharf.

Geschmack: Süß würzig für mich eindeutig nach Traube aber auch einen Hauch Eiche

Abgang: Mittellang Fruchtig , etwas Ingwer und Eichenholz

Geschmack: Sweet Spices auch hier diese speziellen Geschmacksnoten

Abgang: Spices Honey kurz, leicht

Kommentar: Etikett auf der Flasche spricht von 12 Jahren Reifezeit auf der Umverpackung sind es 10. Sehr Spezielle Noten.
