Finale Light smoke with sweetness.

Glenfiddich Fire & Cane belongs to the Experimental Series, for which Malt Master Brian Kinsman breaks new ground with the Glenfiddich Malt. The 4th bottling is a peated bottling that was first matured in American bourbon casks. The Single Malt was then matured in Latin American rum casks.
No. 4 of the Experimental Series.

Aroma: Du kannst den rauchigen Torf sofort riechen, wenn auch nur sanft, darüber legen sich Aromen von Apfel, Flammen, Orangenschale, Buttertoffee und Eichenwürze

Geschmack: Der Gaumen folgt der Nase und öffnet sich mit rauchigen Noten und dann einem knusprig gebackenen Zimt-Apfelkuchen mit Toffee und einem Hauch von gesalzenem Müsli

Abgang: Mittellang, wobei das rauchig-süße Profil anhält

Kommentar: Sehr interessante Kombination der Aromen. Im Geschmack spürt man eine leichte Schärfe und Süße, aber nicht so fruchtig wie im Geruch. Im Abgang spürt man minimalen Rauch und Getreidenoten.
