Depaz Cuvée Victor Depaz is dedicated to the man who rebuilt the distillery after a volcanic eruption, repaired it and put it back into operation: Victor Depaz. The components of this cuvée were matured in oak barrels for various lengths of time and then carefully blended. The Rhum Agricole invites you to explore the variety of flavours of Mont Pelée and impresses beginners and advanced rum connoisseurs with a combination of complex aromas with vanilla, chocolate and plums.

The Depaz distillery is located near the town of Saint Pierre in Martinique, which was once the largest Rum port in the world. Victor Depaz founded his Rum distillery in 1917, just 15 years after the eruption of the Pelée volcano, which at the time destroyed the entire town at its feet.
