The Redbreast Pot Still Whiskey is produced at the Midleton distillery on the south coast of Ireland. For the 12-year-old bottling, the Irish whiskey was matured in a combination of bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks.

I was expecting more from this because of the reviews. Kind of bought this blind and didn't realise that this is from the distillery that makes Jameson, which I just can not understand why people drink it. It has the same notes, just a lot sweeter.
