Prakaan Select Cask Whisky is a particularly smooth and elegant single malt that reflects the brand's characteristic house style and has been developed for maximum drinking pleasure. The production of this whisky is based on carefully selected barley malt and traditional distillation, in which great importance is attached to a clean, precise spirit quality. It originates from a region with optimal natural conditions for whisky production, with particularly pure, mineral-rich water from the Kamphaeng Phet area flowing into the production process to support the harmonious balance of the distillate. Only American oak ex-bourbon casks are used for maturation, the wood of which lends the whisky a gentle sweetness, fine vanilla flavours and a rounded structure during the long cask ageing process. Maturation in these oak casks ensures that complex fruit flavours develop slowly and the whisky acquires a remarkable smoothness. The taste of Prakaan Select Cask has a refreshingly refined profile of tropical fruits, golden honey, soft vanilla and a subtle hint of lemon peel, while the overall impression remains soft, balanced and extremely elegant.
