Prakaan Peated Malt Whisky is a single malt with a strong character, an intensely smoky profile and carefully developed craftsmanship. The whisky is produced using traditional distillation methods from high-quality malted barley malt, with particular emphasis placed on slow and controlled fermentation in order to optimally develop the complex flavours of the distillate. The origin of Prakaan Peated Malt lies in a region of Thailand with a long whisky tradition, where pure water, selected peated malt and experienced distilling skills come together to create an authentic premium whisky. During production, the malt is lightly peated, creating the typical, deeply intense smoky character that characterises this Single Malt. The whisky is then matured in carefully selected casks, primarily oak casks, which give the distillate time to develop its full flavour spectrum. The cask maturation ensures that the strong smokiness combines harmoniously with sweet nuances and gives the whisky a soft, rounded structure. The taste reveals a powerful, multi-dimensional character with a clear but elegant smokiness, accompanied by fine notes of vanilla and honey and a long-lasting, pleasantly sweet finish. This peated malt is aimed at connoisseurs who appreciate a distinctive smoky whisky with balanced complexity and high-quality cask maturation.

Geschmack: Süß und vielschichtig. Raucharomen treten in den Vordergrund, behalten aber ihren sanften, runden Charakter. Karamell und flüssiger Honig folgen, untermalt von Zitrus- und Ananasnoten.
Abgang: Wärmend und lang anhaltend, gleitet er langsam von einer strahlenden Fruchtigkeit in einen süßen Rauch über.
