Variety Single Grain Whisky
Aroma Sweet and somewhat more intense, with vanilla, toffee and ripe red fruits, plus sultanas and a slightly spicy oak note.
Taste Full and round, with caramel, dark berries and dried fruit, accompanied by vanilla, some chocolate and a gentle spiciness.
Finish Medium to long, soft and slightly dry, with lingering sweetness, oak and a hint of spices and dark fruits.

Product description
This Port Dundas Single Grain was released by independent bottler Signatory Vintage in the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. The 15-year-old single grain whisky from the Lowlands distillery has been matured in first fill sherry hogsheads and Bourbon barrels, giving it notes of creamy sweet custard with sultanas, cherries and treacle. At 46% vol. with no chill-filtering and no added colour, this Grain whisky is easy to enjoy and is also a collector's item from the already closed and demolished Lowlands distillery Port Dundas.
