Product description
This North British matured for 17 years was released by the independent bottler Signatory Vintage in the Un-Chillfiltered Collection, which is not only highly valued by connoisseurs. Carefully selected first fill sherry hogsheads and refill Bourbon barrels came together, which were filled in 2008 and bottled in 2026 in natural colour and without chill filtering at a slightly higher strength of 46% vol. in the elegant bottles. The Single Malt from the Lowlands distillery delivers a wonderfully rounded flavour of creamy vanilla and toffee, ripe pears, candied apples and fine spicy notes, while subtle sherry notes, hints of sultanas and light chocolate resonate in the background.
