Navy Island Pedro Ximénez Sherry Cask Finish XO Rum is based on refined combinations of Jamaican rums from selected distilleries, including Worthy Park, Monymusk and Hampden Estate. The common feature is that these distilleries produce their rums in traditional stills, i.e. on Pot Stills, and they do not add any additional sugar to their final products. The high ester content makes Navy Island rum distinctly aromatic and full-bodied. The molasses rum was matured in Bourbon barrels and then refined for a minimum of 6 months in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
