Product description
This 17-year-old Mortlach is part of Signatory's Symington's Choice series, in which Single Malts are bottled at cask strength. The rare casks are personally selected by Andrew Syminton and reflect the craftsmanship of various distilleries. After its finish in a first fill Oloroso sherry butt, the Mortlach is bottled directly from the cask in its natural colour, without chill-filtering, just like its siblings.
