The Garnish Island Gin from the Irish West Cork distillery is named after an island in the west of Cork. Its flavour profile is also inspired by the island: Italian botanical gardens are located there, where flowers such as hibiscus and roses and herbs such as rosemary and thyme thrive. These serve as botanicals for the smooth Irish Gin.

As the name suggests, West Cork Distillers is located in the west of County Cork in Ireland. The independent craft distillery was founded in 2003 by three childhood friends: John O'Connell and cousins Ger and Denis McCarthy. What began as a small experiment in a back room developed into one of the largest Irish-owned distilleries in the country. Today, the distillery employs more than 140 people, many of them from the region, and produces Irish Whiskey, Gin and Vodka for a global audience. read more
